Library

Kingsbury High School has two libraries. They have an automated system and hold an extensive stock of magazines, periodicals, fiction and non-fiction books.

Both areas have networked computers linked to the school’s server with supervised internet access. We also have a brand new digital library, where students can borrow e-books to read on the go.

The libraries are safe and enriching environments, where students get extra support with research, and resources for school work, as well as reading for pleasure. There is a zero bullying policy in the libraries and all students who come to us are made to feel welcome.

Lower School

The Lower School Library is a busy thriving place at breaks and lunchtimes. There are 15 networked computers and colour photocopying and printing.

Monday – Thursday: 08.00 – 17.00

Friday: 08.00 – 16.00

Upper School

The Upper School Library has provision for up to 50 students for private study with 30 computers linked to the school network. There are facilities for colour photocopying and printing.

There is access for all students before and after school, and during breaks and lunchtimes. Sixth Form students have access all day for private study.
