Kingsbury High School is delighted to celebrate the success of its Sixth Form students, who have once again delivered strong results in both A Levels and BTEC Nationals this year.
In A Levels, 50% of all grades awarded were A*–B, a testament to the commitment and academic strength of our students and staff. BTEC National results were equally impressive, with 83% of all grades awarded at Distinction* or Distinction level.
This year, 150 students have secured confirmed university places, with the majority accepted by their first-choice institutions. Courses range from Medicine, Law, and Biomedical Engineering to cutting-edge disciplines such as Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence.

We are also very proud of our former Head Girl, Sahanaa Krishnakumar, who achieved AAA and is now heading to King’s College London to study English Language and Linguistics. Our former Head Boy, Dhruvshaal Gopal, achieved ABC and will study Economics at the University of Nottingham.
Additionally, Riya Patel who secured a place at the prestigious Royal Academy of Dance, where she will study for a BA in Ballet Education – a fantastic achievement in the creative arts.
Headteacher Alex Thomas commented: “I would like to congratulate all our Year 13 students receiving results today, who have again performed really well. These outcomes are the result of a great deal of hard work by students and teachers, with strong support from home. With 150 students moving on to university, we wish them — and all of our Year 13 leavers — the very best for their futures. On behalf of all staff and the Governing Body, well done!”
