The Personal Development Curriculum is underpinned by Kingsbury High School's commitment to uphold the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).
The curriculum enables students to develop their personal, social, health and economic (PSHE) understanding and is designed to enable learners to become respectful, knowledgeable individuals who can play a full part in modern Britain and the wider world.
The Personal Development Curriculum is divided into three themes:
Students have PSHE lessons every fortnight and there is an Excel Day (where the normal timetable is collapsed) every term to enable deeper learning.
